We use training films a lot in the program prepared for DeFacto processes, products, systems and competency developments; we make case studies, visual simulations and launchings. When the learning subject is short and clear we prepare direct video-concept trainings.
We prepare the contents of our development programs prepared with blended learning method or direct video-based trainings in the studio we established in DeFacto Plaza. We prepare many capsule information and training materials in our studio and bring them into use of our employees.
Apart from the training films, we actively use our studio also for internal communication; we realize the leader talks, department introductions, activity demonstrations of our social clubs, project launchings and various announcements with our studio shootings.
