Started her business life in 2003 and has been continuing her career at DeFato since May 2006. Within the structure of DeFacto Academy, she ensures “the design, the learning and development models’ creation, planning and organization, implementation, sustainability and management of Domestic and International Retail Development Programs”.  Within the scope of designed programs, she is responsible for identifying and designing the learning tools for, executing, measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the development subjects to be carried out by domestic and international Area Training Coaches

She is TEGEP (Learning and Development Association of Turkey) member and takes active charge in TEGEP summit committee. She takes part in social responsibility projects as a DeFacto Happiness Ambassadors group member. Although she spends most of her time with her 2,5-year old son, she enjoys skating, swimming and watching documentaries about humans. Burçin continues her coaching education and is one of DeFacto’s internal coaches.
